Let’s get you back on track. ✔ RE-CAP – A written re-cap of the new kip plan (because mum brain is real!) ✔ TELL ME EVERYTHING – Remember those lovely logs? Back to tracking your kippers sleep, feeds, life etc so we can monitor the plan. You’ll receive daily log feedback, check-ins, and guidance until we reach your kippers dreamy potential. ✔ HOLD MY HAND – 1 week of daily check ins and log support. You’re a kippers pro, you’ll be back on track before you know it!
